How to set up your authenticator app
A short guide for anyone enrolling in a NoonReport account — client portal or Academy. This page is public and does not require the link from your email.
1. Install an authenticator app
On your phone, install Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, or any TOTP app — most are free.
2. Scan the QR code
Open the enrollment link from your email, tap “+” in the app, then point your camera at the QR code shown on screen.
3. Enter the 6-digit code
The app now shows a 6-digit code that changes every 30 seconds. Type the current code on the enrollment page to confirm.
Having trouble?
- Link expired or already used — ask your administrator to resend the invitation.
- Can't scan the code — use “Can't scan — show manual code” on the enrollment page and enter it into your app by hand.
- Code rejected — the code refreshes every 30 seconds; wait for the next one and retry.
